Below is a step-by-step guide to cleaning and treating your home's trash cans to ensure debris, dirt, grime and smell free bins!
Step 1: Initial Pressure Wash
The first step to the Trash Can washing is the initial pressure washing of the interior and exterior portions of the bin. This first wash through removes any loose dirt, grime or debris which is stuck to the siding of the can. Warning: you will want to remove any left over garbage before beginning!
Step 2: Application of Chemical Treatment
After the initial pressure washing to remove any loose debris and dirt, we will apply our specialized chemical treatment which will dissolve any stuck on and adhered to garbage, dirt, grime, grease, mold or algae. Our application includes a mixture of Sodium Hypochlorite (Bleach) and a Degreaser to remove those sticky and obnoxious stains! After this first treatment, we apply our fragrance spray to eliminate any tough odors left from the sitting debris. We will let this chemical mixture treat for around 5-10 minutes before our final rinse!
Step Three: Final Rinse and Drying
After letting the chemical treatment complete its effects on the trash can for around 5-10 minutes, now we will complete our final rinse in order to remove those tough stains that our treatment dissolved. Ensure all debris is washed out of the interior of the bin to leave it looking spotless! With our fragrance applied, you will no longer have the aroma and odor of weeks of unattended to trash and they will be ready to be placed back into your garage!

Weekly Service
Scheduling: Stewart Exterior will arrive at your property to complete your selected service once a week on a day chosen by you.
Pricing Discounts: For our Weekly Subscription option, each service visit will be discounted 35% of your total quoted price. The full amount of the discount will be explained upon delivery of your unique quote and scheduling.
Popular Services for the Weekly Subscription Plan: Stewart Exterior's main service option for the Weekly Plan is our Trash Can Washing service to ensure your home's trash bins remain in the best possible shape and smell!
Payment: For our Weekly Plans, Invoices will be emailed once per month on a date chosen by you for payment completion.
Monthly Service
Scheduling: Stewart Exterior will arrive at your property to complete your selected service once a month on a day chosen by you.
Pricing Discounts: For our Monthly Subscription option, each service visit will be discounted 25% of your total quoted price. The full amount of the discount will be explained upon delivery of your unique quote and scheduling.

Pricing Discounts: For our Quarterly Subscription option, each service visit will be discounted 20% of your total quoted price. The full amount of the discount will be explained upon delivery of your unique quote and scheduling.
